Here you can know complete details on how to fill EPF composite declaration form 11 and you can also download sample filled new EPF composite declaration form F-11.
The main reason behind implementing new PF declaration form is to make PF transfer process easier. Recently EPFO introduced automatic PF transfer i.e there is no need to fill EPF transfer form 13 to transfer PF & Pension amounts from previous PF account number to new PF account number.
Once employee’s KYC details such as aadhar details are verified by the employer and employer selects automatic PF transfer on this new EPF composite declaration then PF will be automatically transferred to new PF account number.
The main difference between previous UAN declaration form and this new EPF composite declaration form is, here employer can select automatic PF transfer process. If employee’s KYC details are not approved by the employer then they have to submit the physical form of EPF transfer form 13 to PF office along with attestation of the employer.
Unlike in previous UAN declaration form 11 here employer needs mention previous employment details of employees in field number 11. Employer should collect copies of KYC documents such as Aadhar card, bank passbook xerox copy, and PAN card copy and keep them in office file for future reference.
